How DAS Short works: shortening, ad pages and tracking

Every DAS Short link works in three steps, so publishers earn fairly and visitors always reach their destination.

What happens when someone opens your short link

  1. The visitor is taken to a short, clean ad interstitial page for a few seconds.
  2. The visit is recorded with country, device, browser and referrer details.
  3. After the ad pages complete, the visitor is redirected to your original long URL.

Why ad pages exist

Advertisers pay to show their message on the interstitial pages. That revenue is shared with the publisher whose link was opened — this is how you earn from every qualified view.

Invalid traffic

Bot visits, repeated clicks from the same device and traffic from proxies or click-farms do not count as qualified views. Only genuine human visits earn revenue, which keeps advertiser quality and your rates high.
