Welcome to DAS Short. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DAS Short website, URL shortening tools, advertising features, publisher services, account dashboard, and other features made available through our platform.
By accessing or using DAS Short, you agree to comply with these Terms and our applicable policies. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must stop using the service.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Abuse Policy, and Cookie Policy.
2. Eligibility
You may use DAS Short only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you and your use of the service is lawful in your jurisdiction.
If you use DAS Short on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with applicable laws, regulations, advertising requirements, and third-party rights.
3. Our Services
DAS Short provides URL shortening and related tools that may include link management, analytics, advertising campaigns, publisher monetization, referrals, and account management.
Available features may change over time. Certain services may be subject to separate eligibility requirements, configuration rules, payment conditions, or additional terms displayed within the relevant feature.
We may introduce, modify, restrict, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, compliance, technical reasons, or business operations, subject to applicable law.
4. User Accounts
Some features require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account information reasonably up to date.
- Keep your password and authentication details secure.
- Do not share access in a way that compromises account security.
- Notify us if you suspect unauthorized account access.
- Do not impersonate another person or create accounts for fraudulent purposes.
- Do not attempt to bypass account restrictions or verification checks.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law. We may request verification where reasonably necessary to protect accounts, payments, and the platform.
5. Acceptable Use
You must use DAS Short lawfully and must not use it to distribute, promote, or facilitate harmful or prohibited activity.
Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Phishing, credential theft, scams, or deceptive redirects.
- Malware, viruses, malicious downloads, or harmful software.
- Fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful advertising.
- Spam, automated abuse, or unauthorized bulk activity.
- Attempts to manipulate views, clicks, impressions, or earnings.
- Unauthorized access to accounts, servers, APIs, or data.
- Interference with platform security, availability, or integrity.
- Content that unlawfully infringes another party's rights.
- Any activity prohibited by applicable law or our Abuse Policy.
Additional prohibited activities and reporting procedures are described in our Abuse Policy.
6. Short Links
You are responsible for the destination URLs you submit, the content they lead to, and the way you distribute your shortened links.
- Do not shorten links to prohibited or unlawful content.
- Do not disguise malicious destinations or mislead visitors.
- Do not use links to violate another person's rights.
- Do not manipulate link traffic or bypass platform controls.
We may inspect, restrict, disable, or remove links when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, enforce these Terms, protect users, or comply with legal requirements.
Shortened links may stop working if a destination is removed, a domain becomes unavailable, or a link is restricted under our policies.
7. Advertising Services
If DAS Short offers advertising or campaign services, advertisers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and suitability of their campaigns and submitted materials.
- Campaigns must comply with applicable advertising laws.
- Advertisers must provide accurate payment and campaign information.
- Campaigns must not promote scams, malware, or prohibited content.
- Campaign approval, delivery, and availability may depend on platform rules.
Campaign delivery, traffic volume, reach, conversions, or results are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.
Refunds, cancellations, campaign credits, and adjustments are subject to the applicable payment terms, campaign status, and mandatory consumer protection laws.
8. Publisher Earnings
If publisher monetization is available to your account, earnings may depend on eligible traffic, applicable country rates, advertising performance, platform rules, and other disclosed qualification requirements.
Views, clicks, impressions, or visits do not automatically qualify for earnings. Events may be excluded if they are invalid, duplicated, fraudulent, artificially generated, or otherwise ineligible under the applicable rules.
- Do not generate artificial traffic or incentivize prohibited activity.
- Do not use bots, click farms, or automated view generators.
- Do not manipulate advertising events or revenue attribution.
- Do not interfere with verification or traffic validation.
Earnings displayed in a dashboard may be estimates until validation and reconciliation are complete. Final payable amounts are determined according to verified records and the applicable monetization rules.
We may investigate suspicious activity and adjust or withhold disputed earnings where reasonably necessary and permitted by applicable law. We will handle such matters in accordance with our published policies and any applicable notice or dispute requirements.
9. Payments & Withdrawals
Payment methods, minimum thresholds, processing fees, verification requirements, and payout availability depend on the options enabled on the platform and the rules communicated to you.
- Provide accurate payment and beneficiary information.
- Complete any required identity or account verification.
- Use payment methods you are authorized to use.
- Do not submit fraudulent payment details or false claims.
A withdrawal request is not a guarantee of immediate payment. Requests may require review, verification, reconciliation, or additional processing time.
We may delay, reject, or investigate transactions where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, incorrect details, legal requirements, or payment-provider issues. Any applicable minimum payout and fee rules will be governed by the information displayed when the request is submitted.
You are responsible for applicable taxes and reporting obligations arising from your activities and earnings, except where the law requires us to collect, report, or remit amounts on your behalf.
10. Referral Program
If a referral program is available, participation is subject to the program rules displayed on the platform. Referral rewards may depend on qualifying activity and verification requirements.
You must not use spam, deceptive promotion, fake accounts, self-referrals, or other prohibited methods to generate referrals or rewards.
We may investigate and correct referral records affected by fraud, duplicate activity, or other violations, subject to applicable law.
11. Intellectual Property
The DAS Short platform, including its branding, design, software, and original materials, is owned by or licensed to the relevant rights holders and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for its intended purposes. No other rights are granted unless expressly stated.
You retain responsibility for content and URLs you submit and must have the rights and permissions necessary to use them. You must not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, or exploit platform components except where permitted by law or authorized in writing.
12. Suspension & Termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to some or all services where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, investigate suspected abuse, protect users, address security risks, or comply with applicable law.
Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may provide notice and an opportunity to appeal or resolve the issue. Some urgent security or legal situations may require immediate action.
If your account is suspended or terminated, access to certain features, links, campaigns, or pending transactions may be affected. Any handling of remaining balances or disputed earnings will be subject to applicable law, verification results, and relevant platform policies.
Nothing in this section excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Service Availability
We aim to keep DAS Short available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The platform may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, network issues, third-party outages, security incidents, or other technical reasons.
Features, links, integrations, and third-party services may change or become unavailable. We will take reasonable steps to maintain and improve the service where appropriate.
14. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, DAS Short is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, or suitable for every particular purpose.
We do not guarantee specific advertising results, traffic volumes, conversion rates, publisher earnings, or business outcomes.
Links to third-party websites are provided or processed as part of the service. We do not control every external destination and are not responsible for third-party content or practices, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer or other statutory rights that cannot legally be limited.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DAS Short and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the service, including loss of profits, business opportunities, data, or goodwill.
This provision does not exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including any non-waivable consumer rights.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or other matters that cannot lawfully be limited.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms to reflect changes to our services, security practices, business operations, or legal requirements. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
Where required by law, we will provide notice of material changes or obtain any required consent. Your continued use of the service after revised Terms take effect is subject to applicable law and any required acceptance.
